A Peak into My June Favorites: Wellness Edition

I’ve accumulated a list of items that I’ve been absolutely loving lately for the month of June. This list includes skincare, candles, body care, and health and wellness items. Here are a few that really stand out to me.

Previously, I was prescribed doxycycline for my skin and acne, a strong antibiotic that targets the bacteria causing severe acne and cysts. With my very sensitive stomach, I was concerned that doxycycline would cause gastrointestinal issues. My doctor recommended that I take a good probiotic daily. I’ve been loving the “Physicians Choice Women's Probiotic.” I’ve been taking it every day and have noticed that I feel a lot less bloated and have experienced no stomach issues.

I absolutely love my “Zo Skin Health Hydrating Cleanser.” I’ve noticed such a significant difference in my overall skin texture since I started using this. This, along with the “Augustinus Bader The Rich Cream” in the evenings before bed, has made my skin feel moisturized and clear, and my complexion looks amazing. I highly recommend these products.
